Mullin joining council race (2.25.10)

Another local real estate broker is joining the race for Columbus Council.

Shep Mullin will announce his candidacy on March 5 at the Columbus Main Library. The announcement comes at 1 p.m.

Mullin joins Travis Chambers in the at-large race to replace Wayne Anthony who will resign the post to run for mayor of Columbus.

Mullin, a former tennis player at Columbus State University, is co-owner of Premier Realtors. Chambers is the CEO of ERA Elite.

Mullins and Chambers have no political experience, but they should already know something about putting up yard signs.
